Tinença de Benifassà has many emotions reserved to us. In this space placed in the most north grounds of the Valencian territory, the passage of time, the tectonic processes and the force erosiva of the wind and the water have caused abysses, ravines, caves, caves, holes and an infinity of mountainous formations that culminate in peaks of altitudes superior to 1.300 meters, as it is the case of the Tossal d'en Canadé.
It Is one of the areas of the Valencian geography where more it rains and the small waterfalls are frequent, without forgetting the famous cascade of Salt de Robert who stands out for his grandeur.
The meteorological characteristics and fisiográficas they have propitiated the conservation of peculiar botanical formations and the only fauna that includes golden eagles, hawks, vultures, martens, badgers, wild boars, goat wild …, a rich fauna propitiated by the leafy vegetation of Tinença de Benifassà.
